This role provides the highest-level administrative support to the System Executive Team (E-team) Leader. Serves as a liaison between the System E-Team Leader and both internal and external constituents with a high level of professionalism. As a trusted business partner, handles administrative duties to enhance the System Executive Team Leader’s work environment and productivity.

Education

Required – High school diploma or equivalent or business school training

Preferred – Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in related field

Work Experience

Required – 5 years of experience in a professional administrative role supporting a C-suite executive level leader

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Strong organizational skills, managing a variety of tasks at once with frequent interruptions and minimal supervision.

Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information.

Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to anticipate the needs and preferences of the System Executive Leader.

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Must have advanced computer and software skills and dexterity required for data entry, retrieval of information, and troubleshooting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.

Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to the role.

Must be highly organized and able to work in an independent environment.

Must have sound judgement skills and the ability to make quick decisions.

Must have integrity and a well-developed sense of discretion.

Job Duties

Handles day-to-day administrative tasks to save the System E-team Leader time and ensure productivity and efficiency in the C-suite office.

Manages System E-team Leader’s calendar, making appropriate decisions regarding priorities, to strategically organize meetings, events, and tasks for time optimization and availability.
