Job Description – Systems & Control Specialist (COHUB)
Role Overview
The Systems & Control Specialist will be responsible for centralized system monitoring, control, and incident handling through Centralized Operations Hub (COHUB). The role focuses on ensuring all integrated systems are functioning effectively, identifying system-level issues in real time, and coordinating timely escalations to maintain uninterrupted operations across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Monitoring & Control
• Monitor all integrated systems from COHUB (CCTV, LPR, YooPlatform, Intercom, Car Park Management system, etc.)
• Track system performance, alerts, and live feeds across all locations
• Identify system anomalies, failures, or irregular data patterns in real time
• Ensure continuous visibility and control over operational systems
2. Alert Management & Escalation
• Receive, assess, and prioritize system-generated alerts
• Take immediate action on LPR correction
• Follow defined escalation matrix for system and technical issues
• Ensure all critical alerts are addressed within defined timelines
3. Incident Logging & Tracking
• Record all system-related incidents in the centralized platform
• Track incidents from initiation to closure
• Maintain accurate logs with timestamps, actions taken, and resolutions
• Ensure proper closure and documentation of all system incidents
4. System Troubleshooting & Coordination
• Perform first-level and intermediate troubleshooting for system issues
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and technical teams for resolution
• Support remote diagnosis of system failures across locations
• Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely closure
5. Reporting & System Analytics
• Generate reports on system performance, alerts, and downtime
• Track recurring issues and highlight system inefficiencies
• Provide data to support system improvements and upgrades
• Maintain audit-ready logs and reports
6. System Compliance & Process Adherence
• Ensure all system-related processes are followed as per defined protocols
• Maintain discipline in logging, escalation, and reporting standards
• Support audits related to system operations and controls

Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of system monitoring and control room operations
• Familiarity with integrated platforms (CCTV, LPR, dashboards, etc.)
• Technical troubleshooting and analytical thinking
• Ability to handle high-alert environments and prioritize issues
• Strong attention to detail and system awareness
• Good coordination and communication with technical teams

Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in:
o Information Technology / Computer Science / Systems
o Engineering or related technical field
Experience Required
• 3–5 years in:
o System monitoring / control room
o Technical support or system operations roles
