The Team

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Coordinator to support talent acquisition activities across our ASEAN practice. This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding.

The successful candidate will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and business leaders to coordinate hiring activities, maintain accurate recruitment data and help drive a seamless recruitment process. How You Will Contribute

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing support, interview scheduling and offer administration.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to coordinate interviews and manage recruitment logistics.
  • Prepare offer documentation, employment contracts and onboarding paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools.
  • Support sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities where required.
  • Support recruitment reporting and analytics, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruitment operations or HR administration.
  • Experience supporting recruitment processes within a professional services, consulting or fast-paced corporate environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms; experience with Workday is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ASEAN employment practices and hiring processes would be beneficial.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
