The successful candidate will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to support with all areas of recruitment administration across the full recruitment and selection process. This will suit someone who has recruitment experience within the insurance industry, either inhouse or from a recruitment agency background. Introduction

To support the Talent Acquisition Manager with all areas of recruitment administration, acting as a main point of contact for initial enquiries. You will provide support across the full recruitment cycle, selection process up until offer stage, ensuring that we offer a first-class candidate experience that is efficient, professional and informative, and work collaboratively with the hiring teams within AGR.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, support the candidate attraction process by preparing and formatting job descriptions and profiles, set up vacancies on Casacde and making job advertisements ‘live’ within the agreed timeframe.

Ensure the relevant external recruitment advertising takes place in a timely fashion by uploading adverts, including various social media channels and all other platforms that we work with.

Be the first point of contact for candidate and recruitment agency queries and other incoming queries in a timely manner via email or phone, providing useful information and ensuring there is a resolution, escalating the query to the Talent Acquisition Manager when necessary.

Identify and attract potential candidates using various tools, including job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.

Ensure the talent spreadsheets are well-maintained and up to date, ensuring we track all activity and ensure the team’s efforts are focussed.

Support the candidate selection process by arranging interviews and sending confirmations to recruitment agencies or candidates directly, compiling interview paperwork for the interview panel such as tasks and questions.

Corresponding with the recruitment agencies or candidates directly on the outcome of applications/interviews including uploading interview notes/feedback…
