Role Description

This is a contract and on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Officer located in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The Talent Acquisition Officer will execute the end-to-end hiring process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews. Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams to assess staffing needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and building long-term recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full cycle of recruitment for assigned positions (Mass Hiring, Customer Service, Admin, or Specialist roles). 
  • Sourcing Strategy: Utilize diverse channels (JobsDB, LinkedIn, social media, Referrals) to build a strong talent pipeline. 
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct initial phone screening and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, language proficiency (Thai/English/Third Languages), and culture fit. 
  • Coordination: Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and handle all logistical arrangements to ensure a smooth process. 
  • Database Management: accurate data entry and applicant tracking in the recruitment system (ATS) or internal databases. 
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing offer letters and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR (Agency background or BPO experience is a strong plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume hiring targets.
  • Proficiency in Recruiting, Interviewing, and Hiring processes
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
