Join our People & Growth team and play a central role in supporting three Senior Partners and the firm’s Talent Management Leader within a fast-paced management consulting environment. This role blends high-level executive administrative support with hands-on talent and staffing operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being at the center of how a firm runs.
Reporting directly to the Talent Management Leader, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations while also supporting the systems and processes that enable our consultants to deliver exceptional client work.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Administrative Support (Approximately 50%)
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to three Senior Partners.
- Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones when needed.
- Prepare, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for business development, client meetings, and internal leadership forums.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Draft, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, and internal documentation.
- Conduct research and compile information to support strategic, operational, and client-related initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling and administrative matters, ensuring professional and responsive experience for internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively address administrative or operational gaps.
Talent Management & Staffing Support (Approximately 50%)
- Maintain and update staffing software systems, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of candidate information and interview notes.
- Support the management and ongoing population of staffing and resource management systems.
- Develop, maintain, and update consultant and contractor biographies and profiles used for client engagements and proposals.
- Coordinate contractor onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, systems access, and process compliance.
- Collect and manage onboarding materials and administer background check processes in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Support engagement staffing activities by assisting with scheduling, data entry, reporting, and coordination.
- Manage and administer end-of-engagement feedback and evaluation processes tied to the firm’s bi-annual review cycle.
- Assist in compiling and preparing talent-related reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership review.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of staffing, recruiting, and talent operations processes.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative or operations support experience
- Strong track record for delivering accurate, timely work
- Comfortable working independently and staying organized across multiple workflows
- Quick to absorb information; confident communicator who works well with leaders across the firm
- Skilled writer with strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel capabilities
- Steady, service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal instincts
