- Clerk General Scale rates of $36,668 – $71,777 pa plus superannuation and leave loading
Locations Include – Windsor, Emu Plains, Silverwater, Lidcombe & Malabar.
Whilst location preferences may be taken into consideration, offers will be based on operational demands.
Your role
Required
In this role you would be required to assist in undertaking a variety of recognised correctional administrative tasks to ensure the team is supported in accordance with the directions provided by your manager. This is a face paced role and the day to day will include:
- Arrange all daily courier services, mail pick up/delivery and distribution
- Answer all switchboard incoming phone calls
- Greet internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support for inmate accounts
- General data entry and records management
- Process visitor bookings
- All miscellaneous tasks as required in accordance with the capabilities of the role
- In this role there will be face to face contact with Offenders in a controlled environment
The Following Skill Sets And Capabilities Are Required
- A highly motivated individual that can manage multiple tasks at one time
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work as a team player and individually when required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have a hands-on approach and be willing to assist where and when needed to support the wider team
- Sensitivity around potentially confidential information
- Proficient in the use of computers and data entry
