Scope of Work
- Review and moderate audio / picture / text content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
- Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive audio / picture / text material.
- Document and report trends, patterns, and potential risks in user-generated audio / picture/ text content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and trusted platform environment.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) over and above any one nativelanguage listed above.
- Deep understanding of regional slang, music, pop culture, and linguistic nuances within your native language.
- High level of maturity and judgment to identify and handle sensitive vs. non-sensitive content appropriately.
- Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Income: 10M – 13M
- Base Salary: 7.500.000 vnd/month.
- Meal allowance: 500.000 vnd/month.
- Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to 1.200.000vnd/month
- 100% salary in 2-month probation time.

Work Schedule
5 days/week (any 2 days off).
Shift: Rotate 24/7 (according to the arrangement of the team leader).
Rotating shifts: 9 hours/shift/month
(including 1.5 hour rest).
