Tax Manager Generalist – NYC
A mid-sized CPA firm is looking for a take charge Tax Manager Generalist to assist the tax partner in reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary returns. This person may handle many high net worth clients and work with a large client base in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:• Hands-on interaction with all levels of staff and clientele.
• Mentor and ability to provide guidance and instruction to junior and administrative staff.
• Interact with senior management in a professional manner and relate to clients with a positive and supportive attitude is essential.
Requirements:• CPA.
• 5-8 years of prior public experience working in a CPA firm.
• Self-confident and skilled in in research and review.
• Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a team mentality.
• Highly motivated self-starter with extreme attention to detail.
• QuickBooks, Lacerte, BNA, and Microsoft Office Suite 2010.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary will commensurate with experience. Generous benefits package along with semi-annual bonus.
