About the Position
In this newly created position reporting to the CEO, you will provide administrative to support our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), with a focus on the CEO. Key responsibilities will include:
Managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinate appointments and meetings
Assisting and coordinating projects
Organising and coordinating company events and staff functions
Managing expenses and reimbursements
Maintaining effective communication channels within the SLT and with external stakeholders
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
Staying current with emerging technology and tools to streamline workflows
The successful candidate will play a key role in a strategic project to assist the CEO in finding and establishing a new Head Office. About You
You must be a permanent employee, who has significant experience within an administrative position You must have:
Significant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with a focus on healthcare, patient services, or high consumer engagement
Proven ability to prioritise tasks, handle challenging circumstances, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Tech-savvy with an interest in emerging technologies and process automation
Excellent communication skills with a confident and approachable manner
Self-motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Ability to promote a positive work environment
Demonstrated experience in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
