About Our Role
Our Melbourne based Buildings team need support! It's a great time to join WGA as a Team Administrator and add immediate value, working collaboratively with our wider Melbourne and national Administration team. We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join our team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to build effective and inclusive relationships
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills with the ability to proactively anticipate challenges and drive actions
- The ability to exercise sound judgment and find solutions to problems
- The ability to enjoy being flexible with your workload and work collaboratively with the national Administration team
