An exciting opportunity has arisen within West London Forensic Service for the role of Band 4 Team Administrator working within the Low Secure Services.
The ideal candidate will have a full range of administrative skills with the ability to prioritise workload, have a high level of word processing skills, experience of diary management, data collection and minute taking. They must also possess excellent communication skills and have a flexible approach to working.
We are seeking to appoint a confident, organised, proactive and approachable person for the role.

The Team Administrator will be responsible for the organisation and provision of a full and comprehensive administrative support service to the Practice Development Team and Social Work Lead. They will facilitate and carry out liaison both internal/external with service users and colleagues, support events, assist to maintain correct stock levels and will facilitate and support relevant meetings. They will be part of a busy administration department.
