The opportunity

We currently have a vacancy for a Team Administrator based in Perth to cover maternity leave. The opportunity will see you provide a superior administration support to the workers compensation claims team by aiding the team with administration tasks.

In this position, you will:
General Administrative tasks to assist the team

Develop and maintain effective hard and soft copy filing systems

Ensuring our facilities are maintained.

Understand and follow the organisation’s compliance and administration policies

Clear and timely communication with all stakeholders

Typing of correspondence and data entry

Book and attend meetings and organise events

Assist with maintaining and booking the pool cars

Processing invoices and reconciling the managers AmeX and P-Card expenses

Booking travel for the management team

Setting up and coordinating onboarding new joiners; including systems access and hardware is set up

Your story so far:To be successful in this role, you will have:
A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong administration and computer skills with the ability to support multiple team members

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritise work accordingly

The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative and supportive team

Full drivers’ licence

Resilience with the ability to maintain a calm demeanour

1+ years’ experience in an administration role

Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
