We are looking for a team administrator for the Lincoln North integrated place-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the North community mental health locality team in a admin role at an exciting time when services are being shaped with the transformation of community mental health services and development of locality teams.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic administrator who enjoys working in busy community based services supporting community based staff and other medical professionals within this service. This is a Monday to Friday 9-5 service.

The postholder is responsible for the smooth and efficient running and management of processing referrals, data inputting, report writing, minute, dealing with the needs of patients, in addition to providing admin duties to all members of the Community Mental Health Team, namely telephone, channelling incoming calls, word processing, registering referrals, petty cash management and ordering of stationery.
