Are you a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized professional looking to support a dynamic leadership team? We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Administrator to provide essential administrative assistance to thr Leadership Team for our global software client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with people in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Travel Support: Provide calendar management, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for leadership team members. Assist with international travel and expense management.

Event Coordination: Organize internal team events, off-sites, workshops, and training events. Handle logistics, catering, and guest accommodations.

Executive Visitors: Assist with the planning and coordination of executive visitors to the Sydney Centre, ensuring seamless logistics and hosting.

Procurement & Financial Support: Manage purchasing of computer assets, marketing products, and track the asset budget. Raise purchase orders, approve invoices, and assist with vendor management and financial accruals.

Communication Support: Assist in creating newsletters, internal documents (e.g., Sway), and all-hands communications for the team. Collaborate with the leadership team on employee morale initiatives.

Ad-Hoc Administrative Support: Provide additional support to the broader team as required, such as maintaining organizational charts and helping with employee onboarding.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.

Previous experience with calendar management and international travel coordination.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Education: A business administration/communications qualification is desirable or proven experience supporting leadership teams.
