Opportunity to assist the current EA / Operations Manager for a culture-driven, successful Private Equity Firm.
A rare role to support a successful, constantly growing boutique Private Equity firm, formed of some of the sharpest (yet humble!) minds in the industry.
Permanent Opportunity, based in the Rocks. Potentially some WFH.
No two days will be the same – diverse range of activities.
Salary wholly dependent on experience – $75k + super – $110k + super

The Role
Looking for someone to align with the culture and values in all professional conduct and take ownership of delivering impeccable administrative support to the current Executive Assistant / Operations Manager, who supports C-Suite and Directors.
This role is a rare role that will consider someone junior, who has previously worked in Professional Services (or similar), to assist with all office tasks and to learn and grow with the business – who may then gain exposure to Executive Assistant work. Alternatively, they will consider someone who has Executive Assistant experience already, that is happy to be diverse in their role and can add new perspective and ideas to strategy and direction of the business.
Role
The role will be dependent on the capabilities of the individual, however below is some of the current tasks that need covering (with full training):
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensure consistent office supply availability and ensuring a pristine and organized workspace for the team
Assisting with the onboarding process for new team members
Calendar Management
Event organisation – you will be trained on this
Assisting the current EA/Ops Manager with ad-hoc tasks
Support the creation of reports and presentations, and assist in event organization
Capture meeting minutes accurately
Assist with inputting into the CRM system
Foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders based on trust and integrity
Engage in developmental discussions with leadership
Be a team player
