What The Day Will Look Like
Support the Treaty team on general administration activities, including but not limited to travel management, roadshow preparations (materials, marketing collaterals) etc.
Maintenance of organizational chart & meeting rooms to ensure they are in client-ready condition.
Maintain and monitor department, leave records and travelling, e.g. annual/sick/urgent leave etc.
Manage procurement of stationery, business cards & IT requests
Handling of incoming and outgoing mails/packages
Processing invoices via Workday
Assistance in workshops and conferences set up
Maintaining and updating distribution list
General back-up for other admin colleagues while they are away
Greet, welcome & support visitors (internal & external)

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
Minimum of 10 years experience as team assistant
Proficient in diary management
Laser sharp attention to detail
WorkDay for Expense management
Word / PowerPoint / Excel – intermediate level
Team player
Insurance experience not essential but useful
