We are looking for a highly organised Team Co-ordinator to join our leadership consultancy. Blayze Vantage is a boutique leadership consultancy, working with clients who operate in the construction, housing and professional services sectors. The clients we work with range from FTSE 100 organisations to SME businesses.
As a Team Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our internal consultancy team, and our clients, to deliver a range of leadership development projects. You will take responsibility for the following:
Acting as a primary point of contact for clients/programme participants, taking responsibility for preparing and distributing client updates.
Engaging with clients to understand their immediate needs, ensuring client communications effectively meet those needs.
Supporting the execution of business development activities, including the planning and delivery of marketing events, alongside other team members.

Pay range and compensation package £32,500 per annum
