We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and efficient Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of an executive or individual. In this role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and personal errands, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, administration, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with other productivity tools.
