Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tech Admin Support professional to assist our technical team by

managing administrative tasks and providing excellent support for various projects and initiatives. The ideal

candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical concepts, a commitment to customer service, and

exceptional organizational skills. This position is essential to facilitating smooth operations within the team and

ensuring timely communication and documentation of technical processes.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the tech team, including scheduling

meetings, maintaining calendars, managing correspondence and security clearances.

Documentation Management: Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of technical

documents, reports, and presentations.

Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of hardware onboarding and offboarding.

Project Assistance: Collaborate with project managers and technical staff to ensure project deadlines and

documentation are met, assisting with status updates and reporting. Work with stakeholders on

resources availability for servers onboarding, networking cabling requirements.

Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical training sessions for staff, helping to prepare

materials and manage attendee lists.

Data Entry and Reporting: Enter and manage data related to projects, workflows, and incidents in

relevant databases; generate reports as required.

Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure that all technical processes comply with organizational policies

and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

Strong analytical skills: The ability to analyse production processes and identify areas for improvement

and optimisation.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with

project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Jira and Service Now) is

preferred.

Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software systems.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey

technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Aptitude: A knack for troubleshooting production issues and devising effective solutions

to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience in Data Centre facilities, including temperature and humidity monitoring system, smoke

detection and fire suppression systems, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units, CCTV, keypress units,

etc.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet

deadlines.

This position may operate in a standard office environment; remote work options may be available.

Occasional overtime may be required during peak project phases.
