Position Overview:
Full-Time Human Resources Executive Assistant

RCR Consulting Group provides HR services and consulting for small businesses, acting as an extension of our clients’ businesses. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Human Resources Executive Assistant to support our CEO and support key client accounts.
We are seeking global talent . This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong administrative capabilities who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their responsibilities, is project- and deadline-driven, and anticipates needs before they arise. Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Take ownership of HR-related administrative tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, and policy updates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and organize confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documents and compliance requirements are met.
Conduct research, compile reports, and support workflow improvements.
Manage special projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Handle internal communication and team coordination with professionalism and clarity.
Manage company social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and posting updates related to HR insights, company news, and industry trends.
Answer phones for client phone lines and direct to the appropriate person
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR-related role, with strong administrative and project management skills.
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion in a remote setting.
Experience with social media management, including content creation and scheduling.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, HR software, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

Work Environment and Schedule:
This is a fully remote position working 40 hours per week on a Monday-Friday schedule.

Pay & Location:
We are interested in candidates based in any geographic location, however you must be able to work between 8:00-5:00 PST hours.
Hourly Pay: $5-$10/hour
