Job Description

Providing operational and other key important updates to management to mitigate areas of concern

Preparing key decks and reports for presentation to board and meetings.

Collaborating cross functionally with relevan t stakeholders for establishing effective communication and ensuring successful execution of projects according to timeline and within budget

Prepared MIS along with various analysis on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis and presented it to top management

Have strong knowledge and involved in large High-end Real Estate projects

Strong knowledge of Project Tracking and Monitoring Activities such as Cost actuals and Analysis, Schedule Reviews, Performance and Productivity Reports, Project Completion Cost Estimations, Budget, and forecasts etc

Rich experience in handling project controller and monitor role for projects scattered across different locations.

Having strong knowledge of Project Management and Construction Management and worked in complete Life Cycle of the Project, from Initiation to Closure of Project.

Coordinating and managing technical documentation, assisting Project planning and liaising with engineering team.

Collaborating with Procurement teams and overseeing budgetary aspects related to technical projects.

Facilitating communication between Technical & Non-Technical stakeholders.

Tracking project timelines, managing data and supporting/reporting to Leadership team.

Preparing MIS reports, Organising meetings.

Knowledge of Civil and structural engineering concepts

Architecture & building and interior designing knowledge,

Project management and proficiency in relevant software tolls would be crucial.

Understanding of Civil engineering principles would be utilized to ensure technical initiatives align with commercial objectives.

Might be involved in Contract negotiations, Cost analysis and supporting the development of business strategies.

This multifaceted position requires a blend of technical expertise, administrative acumen, and a business-oriented mindset to contribute effectively to the overall success of commercial projects within the civil infrastructure sector.
