Technical Recruiter Jobs in Abu Dhabi – UAE/Dubai at NATHAN & NATHAN
Develop recruitment plan inconjunction with HR Manager in line with budget and businessobjectives and update on a monthlybasis.
Assist with the job requisition processfor recruitment ensuring approval in place and update / maintain
HRIS on recruitment progress. Ensure job descriptionprepared.
Proactively identify, source andrecruit candidates utilising a variety of channels such asnetworking, internet search, agency, employee referrals andadvertising. Generate and circulate internal adverts and preparemedia advertising.
Submit identified candidatesto hiring manager and give assistance if required withpre-selection of candidates.
Arrangeinterviews, assist with preparation of interview assessment forms,book interview room and travel arrangement if required forcandidates. May be required to attend
the interview process
and orarrange testing of candidates.
Provideinformation for the processing of an offer of employment. May berequired to undertake preparation and approval of offer as percompanys approval schedule.
May be required tocoordinate return of new hire paperwork, arrange company medical,reference checks and if required appropriate work permit. Issuestarts letter and induction documentation to be completed by thesuccessful candidate.
May be required tocoordinate induction process for new hire ensuring the companiesonline induction, HSEQ online training including completion of anymandatory training requirements areundertaken.
Ensure HRIS and recruitment moduleare updated and appropriate feedback given to unsuccessfulapplicants. Maintain recruitment files.
Reviewthe recruitment and selection process to ensure it is costeffective, timely, complies with company policies, procedures andlegislative requirements. Ensure candidates having a positive andconsistentexperience. Job Knowledge And Qualifications Degreeor Professional qualification (alternatively skills acquiredthrough experience in recruitment or HRroles)3+ years experience within an HR orrecruitment agency environment preferably in Oil and Gasindustry.
Working Knowledge of Data Input intoa HR Information System Proficient in MS Excel and MSWord
