Strategy and Planning
- Assist in defining new architecture, design, implementation and support of IT systems and platforms in terms of efficiency, cost effectiveness and time savings
Operational
- Technical management of IT server/network systems and infrastructure support
- To achieve and maintain uptime SLA of 99.85% every month
- To maintain up to date documentation, Hardware & Software Inventory Listing
- To ensure all servers are patched with the latest Anti-Virus Engine & Pattern and Security & Vulnerabilities Patches
- To resolve all server/network related problems within agreed SLA
- To participate in all business projects
- To implement setups within assigned budget and timeline
- Perform administration and review of capacity & performance and produce monthly capacity, availability & performance management report
To achieve & maintain defined standard application performance and response time.
