Teens Department Associate Jobs in New York, NY at Hudson Guild

We are a utility solutions company looking to hire a candidate with the office and interpersonal skills . They will be working closely together to assist field personnel with their day to day duties. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: communicating with clients and employees, tracking inventory, purchasing supplies, preparing billables, tracking training and safety.

We are looking for someone that is hard working and motivated person that is interested in growing within the company. The position is for Admin/Office assistant and there are opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic technology (i.e.: printers, cell phones, tablets, etc.)
Knowledge of computer applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experienced in clerical duties and administrative tasks.
Keen eye to detail.
Good attitude, energetic, pleasant, courteous and works well with others.
Must be reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 21 years of age with valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (may be asked to run small errands with company vehicle).

Preferred (not required):

Degree/Certification in business or communication.
OSHA Safety certificate.
First Aid/ CPR certificate.
Experience with unions.
Experience with construction companies.

Work hours are 7:00am-3:30pm.

Pay: $19.50 – $30.00 per hour
