RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately enter and maintain patient profile information, including demographics and insurance details.
- Scan and upload documents and consent forms into patient records.
- Verify insurance eligibility for all scheduled patients.
- Interact with healthcare providers and staff to gather necessary information.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry tasks, minimizing errors.
- Manage a high daily volume of entries and document processing in a timely manner.
- Utilize multiple software applications efficiently for data entry and record maintenance.
- Conduct practice video calls with patients prior to their visits, providing instructions on how to connect.
- Obtain consent forms before appointments.
- Make confirmation calls to patients for upcoming appointments.
- Call and schedule patient appointments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in scheduling, data entry, or administrative support (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
