DEFINED PURPOSE
To provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Visionary and Marketing Team. This role enhances efficiencyby managing schedules, emails, travel itineraries, and small-scale marketing projects while upholding the company’s core values and maintaining strict confidentiality. Through proactive problem-solving and attention to detail, the Executive Administrative Assistant supports achieving company goals and delivering exceptional service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule & Relationship Management
Draft, edit, and manage emails, memos, reports, and other communications. Organize and manage meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed trip itineraries. Oversee the Visionary’s calendar, ensuring alignment of priorities, relationship building, and optimizing schedules for efficiency.
Marketing Support
Assist with marketing projects, including social media, email campaigns, and other small-scale initiatives to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Project Management
Support the non-profit initiative AskAboutMyFaith.com with administrative and creative contributions related to the podcast – Everyday Faith.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with ServiceTitan: Preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Traction/EOS: Understanding of business operating systems and best practices.
Graphic Design Skills: Ability to create marketing and internal materials using Canva or similar tools.
Basic IT Literacy: Comfort troubleshooting minor tech issues and supporting IT-related needs.
High-Level Integrity & Reliability: Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and dependability.

Pay: $7.00 – $8.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
