Our fantastic new client, a Tech Networking Company, is seeking a hard-working, resourceful and diligent temporary Executive Assistant. This position is supporting the CEO for a 6-week interim cover. The CEO is extremely busy with back-to-back meetings, so requires someone who can stay calm in a high-pressure environment. The company is only a few years old but has grown enormously and plans on continuing!
This role is temporary, but there is potential to move into a more permanent position. Candidates must be available immediately.
You’ll be joining a team of ten, who are hard-working but equally just as supportive and really appreciate thework-life balance. This role is the perfect role for someone on the upwards curve of their career, wanting to be a part of an fascinating company.
Responsibilities:
Diary management of a tremendously busy schedule
Inbox management – emailing partners and external clients
Travel bookings to Europe, booking hotels/transfers
Private support: travel, expenses, logistics of CEO’s other properties
Office management support
Three years prior experience in a similar role is essential. Candidates must have managed a back-to-back diary and be able to prioritise effectively. Knowledge of a start-up/new company would be a bonus and candidates must be confident on outlook and word.
