Temporary Finance Admin (12 months) – Czech Job in Mechelen at ASAP.be –

Wat ga je doen?

As a Temporary Finance Admin you will support our international Finance department.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • You support our international Finance department with the input of their data (e.g. Expenses)
  • You ensure all data is verified and accurate
  • You follow up on any discrepancies, looking up additional information where needed
  • You will also support the processing of AP invoices when needed

Wie ben jij?

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles will be considered a plus
  • Structured and accurate person, with strong Excel and Word skills
  • Attentive to details, even when dealing with repetitive tasks
  • Flexible to commit for a mission of 12 months on an interim basis

Opleiding: You preferably have a bachelor degree or an equal experience.

Talenkennis: Czech on a native level and a good grasp on the English language.

Our client offers a once in a lifetime experience for a temporary job of 12 months.

The company also attaches great importance to personal growth, therefore you’ll have a 3 monthly evaluation and there is a compensation in case of positive evaluation.

You start with a salary package of € 15.4450 bruto/hour eur/hour – 2543 eur/month + meal voucher of 7€/day + reimbursement of your train tickets (80%) or bus tickets (70%) + overtime paid at 150%
