Job Overview

Temporary Junior Administrator to support our team with essential administrative tasks within the customer service team. Using administrative and organisation skills to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

 

· Assist with order processing, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.

· Support the customer service team, responding to enquiries via email and phone.

· Organise and file important business documents (electronic and paper-based).

· Provide general administrative support, including raising customer delivery schedules and pro-forma invoices.

· Raising credit notes and returns upon request.

· Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

· Support sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:

· Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred but not essential).

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

· Experience in retail, wholesale, or logistics (advantageous but not required).
