Baker Tilly SGB is a member of Baker Tilly Canada and provides audit, assurance and tax services across four offices located in Collingwood, Owen Sound, Walkerton, and Meaford.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assembling financial documents and other reports/correspondence in accordance with firm quality and document standards
Developing guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities as necessary
Coordinating timely delivery of client work
Monitoring status of deadlines and progress. Organizing and expediting the flow of work
Coordinating appointments, meetings, tasks etc. for partners and staff
Responding to telephone, mail, email and in person requests from partners, staff and clients
Working with partners and staff to effectively meet the requirements of position, continually build on efficiencies, best practices and new technologies
A successful candidate will have:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Advanced communication skills to read, write, and speak
Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Outlook
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
Excellent planning, prioritization and time management skills
Ability to successfully work in a dynamic fast paced team atmosphere
Good research skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task complex job assignments
Excellent reasoning skills and ability to find resolutions
