THE JOB

We are seeking a highly resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Editorial Lead overseeing five music magazines. Based in Nashville, this role requires a detail-oriented, calm, and efficient individual with a strong sense of discretion and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities:

· Provide high-level administrative support to the Editorial Lead, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel

· Create, manage, and execute a social media content calendar in alignment with brand goals and editorial dates across all multiple music-focused publications

· Handle confidential materials and communications with the utmost discretion and professionalism

· Act as a liaison between the editorial lead and internal/external stakeholders

· Track project timelines, editorial deadlines, and key campaign milestones

· Conduct research and compile basic social media analytics to track performance

· Identify opportunities and offer proactive solutions—resourcefulness is a must

· Occasionally assist with on-site events or photoshoots

Qualifications:

· Based in Nashville, TN

· 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Social Media Manager, Marketing Coordinator or similar role

· Prior experience in the music industry or a music-focused media company is strongly preferred

· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

· Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

· Strong social media savvy—experience managing brand accounts across Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

· Calm under pressure, flexible, and adept at juggling multiple tasks

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Outlook, Slack and Airtable preferred
