Key Details:
Availability:
Early morning calls from 7 AM
Shift Patterns: 8 AM – 5:30 PM Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts available too
Location:
Various organisations across Cambridge
Parking:
All sites offer on-site parking
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
What You’ll Do:
Greet visitors with a warm smile
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage appointment schedules and assist with administrative tasks
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent
communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different environments
Strong organisational skills and
attention to detail
Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus!
