About the job

To ensure a positive experience for tenants across Ikano Centres’ portfolio, the Tenant Admin Executive plays a fundamental role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support for the Tenant Administration team and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of lease documentation. This will be a temporary 6-month role and will be based in the Service Office Damansara.

Your assignment

Maintain accurate tenant information in our database.

Process and manage lease documents throughout their lifecycle (from sending them out to ensuring they are signed and stored securely).

Assist with initial follow-up on tenant payments and maintain accurate payment records.

Facilitate the online stamping process for lease agreements.

Finalize lease agreements and ensure their successful delivery to all parties.

Manage team calendar and communication, including scheduling meetings and maintaining efficient email workflow.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Your profile

Diploma holder, preferably in Real estate-related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Leasing or Tenant Administration within the Shopping Centre environment will be added value.

Excellent English proficiency both in spoken & written.

Advanced user of Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoints, Outlook, CRM).

Professional, reliable and detail-oriented. Capable of handling confidential information discreetly.
