The Role
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities across a large-scale enterprise program.
This role will suit someone who can drive end-to-end testing delivery across multiple workstreams while working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
You will be responsible for establishing testing processes, managing governance and reporting, overseeing execution activities, and ensuring successful delivery across all test phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across enterprise programs
- Define and implement test strategy, governance, and reporting frameworks
- Manage SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing activities
- Coordinate testing across business, technology, and vendor teams
- Oversee defect management and quality assurance processes
- Provide clear reporting on risks, progress, and delivery outcomes
- Drive collaboration across stakeholders and delivery teams
- Ensure testing aligns with project timelines and business objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager within complex enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability
- Experience leading multi-stream testing across large programs
- Strong governance, reporting, and defect management experience
- Ability to manage testing across Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of the full software testing lifecycle
Nice to Have
- Experience across transformation or system implementation programs
- Exposure to cloud, data, ERP, CRM, or digital platforms
- Experience within retail, banking, government, utilities, or enterprise environments
