Role Summary

As Administrator and Receptionist, you will be required to welcome visitors into the school, be the first point of contact for phone enquiries, and handle general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Dealing with writtien correspondence;

Managing and responding to parent emails;

Organisins diary meeting with parent emails;

Maintaining calendar data entry (sports fixtures, class events & important information);

Answering the phone – dealing with current parents passing on prospective parents to registrar;

Arrangin appoitments to school viewing alongside Head of Admissions;

Coordinating school events such us individual photos & flu vaccinations;

Coordinating school advertising for magazine;

Keeping the office in a tidy and presentable manner.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Good interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity of school-based systems and software

Experience of working in a school (desirable)
