Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled TLM Developer with hands-on experience in SmartStream TLM to support application development and reconciliation automation initiatives. The role involves end-to-end solution configuration, implementation, and support within the TLM platform, ensuring efficient reconciliation processes and system stability.
Project Description
- Development and enhancement of SmartStream TLM applications
- Automation of reconciliation processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure solutions using the SmartStream TLM application suite, including:
- TLM Control
- TLM SmartStudio
- TLM Recon Admin
- TLM View
- Management Information (MI)
- Support, enhance, and maintain the TLM platform to ensure high performance and reliability
Perform solution configuration and implementation:
- Collaborate with users and project teams
- Design, build, test, and deliver solutions
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
Execute testing activities, including:
- Unit Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Write test cases, design test scenarios, and validate system functionality
- Manage configuration/code repositories and maintain development and test environments
- Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixing
- Follow delivery governance frameworks and provide regular updates to project and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM (version 2.4, 3.0, or above)
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in SmartStream TLM modules:
- TLM Control, SmartStudio, Recon Admin, TLM View, MI
- Solid experience in:
- Solution configuration and implementation
- Front-end configuration tools and database table updates
- Database Knowledge
Proficiency in at least one of the following:
- Oracle
- Sybase
- SQL Server
- Operating Systems
Working knowledge of at least two:
- Windows
- Unix
- Linux
- Testing & Delivery
Experience in:
- Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT
- Test case creation and test design
- Environment and configuration management
Additional Skills:
- Experience in application upgrades and defect resolution
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial reconciliation systems
- Understanding of banking or financial services domain
- Familiarity with release management and deployment processes
