Elevate Patient Financial Solutions has an exciting career opportunity available as a Clerical Operator. This position will be Remote Work from Home. The Full Time schedule for this role will be Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to manage and handle all incoming calls via the phone call system and direct them to the appropriate extension or group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Appropriately handle and direct all calls utilizing multiple phone lines of a customer service nature with empathy and enthusiasm.
Take messages when necessary and forward to appropriate personnel.
Provide administrative support and perform other duties required to support the operations when needed.
Performs claims adjustments as assigned by manager.
Upload appropriate documents to ARCC for Billing Representative.
Complete zero balance reports as needed.
Regular and timely attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements

Have the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task.
Proficient with computers including web-based programs and the Microsoft Office Suite.
