Key Responsibilities:
• Organize workflow for legal professionals’ practice
• Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence
• Transcribe legal materials with high accuracy
• Liaise with clients and internal teams effectively
• Assist with trademark application filings and deadlines
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Intellectual Property, focus on Trademarks
• Diploma in Administrative Assistance or related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
