Training Administrator (LMS) Class Coordinator

Job Summary

Provide Learning Management System (LMS) administrative support to our Aero LMS Company and Training Analysts by assisting with various LMS duties, including class scheduling, generating LMS reports, data quality processes such as class closure, handling customer inquiries via Service Central Tickets and emails, and other duties as assigned by team leads.

Basic Qualifications

Experience supporting LMS administration activities, preferably with Success Factors LMS.

Knowledge of standard LMS concepts, practices, and procedures in a training administrative environment.

Experience providing training administration using an LMS, including running reports, managing courses and curriculums, and modifying course metadata.

Intermediate proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, tables, etc.).

Ability to manage a high volume of tasks with accuracy and quality, prioritizing effectively amidst disruptions.

Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.

Experience working in a dynamic environment, being self-sufficient and collaborative.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support a positive customer experience.

Other Position Info

Ability to work a hybrid schedule (50% onsite, 50% remote).

Full-time, Monday through Thursday, 4×10 schedule, preferably during normal business hours (6am to 4:30pm CST).

Permanent role with full benefits.

U.S. citizenship required.
