Administrative Assistant – Part Time –

Beckerle Consultants, Inc. is a design and installation services provider serving the critical backup power needs of our nation’s leading wireless carriers throughout the country. We are a family owned business and have been headquartered in St. Louis, MO since our founding in 1991.

We are currently seeking a part time administrative assistant to assist with accounts payable, invoicing, receivables, credit card reconciliation and light filing. Hours for this individual will be two or three days per week, depending on work load, 7am – 4pm (16-24 hours per week).

Experience and fluency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) is strongly desired, as is experience handling similar functions within an ERP application. If you are familiar with the Foundation ERP platform – great! If not, we’ll gladly train someone who possesses the right attitude and work ethic.

Hourly wages will be based on experience. This could be an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a part time position and who enjoys being part of a friendly, casual team.
