Job Description

Full-time position in administration of 403(b), 457 and FICA Alternative plans, Flexible hours Monday through Friday. This position is part time, hourly and nonexempt.


  • Process loans, hardship withdrawals, exchanges and distributions
  • Track communication, documents and data
  • Accurately allocate employee transactions from client companies
  • Reconcile payment amount and documentation
  • Maintain understanding of applicable rules, regulations, and polices governing 403(b), 457(b), 401(a), and/or FICA Alternative retirement plans
  • Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time
  • Must meet or exceed required level of key performance indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
  • Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor or vice president


  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Have experience with 10-Key
  • Be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to able to learn quickly
  • Be highly attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks is essential
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well within a team

Education and Experience – High School Diploma or work experience equivalent is preferred

Physical Requirements – This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
