A Better Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and support day-to-day office operations. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, a natural multitasker, and thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

You’ll help ensure our office is welcoming and efficient while supporting internal teams with administrative tasks that are key to our success.

Candidates must be based out of NYC and able to be in office 5 days/week.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and warmth.
Manage the front desk, including answering phones, handling mail, and responding to general inquiries.
Liaise with Executive Assistants to ensure office tasks and requests are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive-level employees, including the CEO, acting as a second assistant to help manage personal and professional tasks as needed.
Provide administrative support such as ordering supplies and maintaining shared calendars.
Coordinate office logistics, including event support, room scheduling, and vendor management.
Ensure a clean, organized, and stocked office environment.
Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or administrative role (tech or financial services experience a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Good use of judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information or managing competing priorities.
Friendly and approachable, with a strong sense of professionalism.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
