Job Description
Local Residential Painting Company looking to hire an office assistant/ receptionist to be apart of our team.
We are looking for a hardworking honest individual who can keep receipts and paperwork neatly organized, make copies of forms ,keep files and employee information confidential, follow up emails, answer incoming calls , and send thank you cards to clients.
Occasional errands will be required at times. Must have a clean DMV record, and clear a back-round check before employment can be granted. Only little travel is required- Reimbursement of gas will be compensated as needed. Picking up paint samples, or dropping lightweight materials to jobs if needed.
The hours are flexible for part time. Hours desired is during operation Mon – Fri 8am to 12pm or 1pm to 5pm.(This can be negotiated)
Estimated HRS about 16 to 20 hrs or more per week depending on how busy the assistant can keep and demand of our services. Hrs are flexible. Work is more challenging in Spring, and in Summer calls come in more frequent. We need someone not afraid of collecting client info over phone or email and passing messages to the owner via phone or text.
This position is important because having paperwork organized and scheduling is important for growth. There can be a great opportunity beyond just a basic assistant, showing capability, building trust, handling documents can lead to office manager and administrative opportunity.
We are looking for outgoing professional individuals to help represent this company, and the phone screen allows us to hear how you would handle a live call and let us know how well you can communicate with others

There is receipts to work on and a learning curve for this employee/ employee. Although there is not many positions available , please apply because you may just have the qualifications to be next in line.
VERY FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. Normal hrs, 9am to 5pm, o 9am to 7pm asking for 3 to 4 hrs a day 16 to 24 hrs a week.
