Your role
You will join a fast-growing, international organisation as a Travel & Accommodation Coordinator, supporting large-scale project teams across multiple locations. This is an office-based role where you will play a key part in managing travel and accommodation logistics for employees and stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
- Manage accommodation requests in line with project schedules
- Arrange hotel bookings, long-term stays, and travel itineraries
- Liaise with landlords, estate agents, and travel providers
- Coordinate bookings, cancellations, and changes through travel agencies
- Maintain accurate records of all accommodation and travel arrangements
- Review and verify invoices from accommodation providers
- Prepare detailed monthly reports for internal teams
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a travel coordination or similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g. Amadeus, Galileo) is an advantage.
- Understanding of international travel requirements and logistics
- A qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is desirable.
