Job Description:
· Provide system support to end-users for the newly implemented MRO Production Control System software. This includes assisting with access, system-related inquiries and issues
· Support IT Division in the testing of software/system functionalities and enhancement before any system upgrades or push into production
· Train all new users for formal introduction, briefing, tour and hands-on of the system
· Coordinates with the system vendor and relevant stakeholders for the resolution of system bugs, queries, update, review and evaluation of new functionalities; and processing system modification
· Analyzes, evaluates and work with system vendor to resolve any issues to ensure smooth workflow process and the attainment of the system implementation commitments
· Draft and solicit business requirements documents in consultation with the end-users
· Participate in divisional digital and transformational initiatives/projects
· Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Degree / Diploma in an IT-related/Computer Science/Computer Engineering field
· Well-versed with systems project management processes and methodologies including but not limited to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, ITIL and LEAN. Experience in a large-scale IT/enterprise operating system and system integration projects would be preferred
· Being certified in PMP and Scrum Master would be advantageous
· Proven experience in programming, drafting business user requirements and modification of documents would be advantageous
· Have at least 2 – 3 years of experience working with MRO Production Control Systems such as AMOS, TRAX, EmpowerMX, IFS, etc
· Experience in the aviation industry would be advantageous
