Position: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various office duties, ensuring smooth communication between advisors and clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and schedule appointments for financial advisors.
Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Ensure smooth communication between advisors and clients, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
Maintain and update client records and office files.
Process forms and documents with meticulous attention to detail to meet different client needs.
Assist with general office duties, including answering phones, handling mail, and ordering supplies.
Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A positive and professional demeanor.
