Why Ian’s Pizza?
Base Wage + Driver Reimbursement + Excellent Tips = about $20/hour on average: You’ll earn a $7.25/hour base wage. The driver reimbursement is $3 per run. Your tips will be paid out at the end of your shift, so that’s money in your pocket! We also add $1/hour for any time worked after 11pm and and time worked on Sundays. All this combined, and you can expect an average hourly wage of about $20/hour.

Off-site and Catering Opportunities: We do a lot of events outside of our restaurant locations, and working these events adds some variety to your work. The tips at off-site and catering events are fantastic (seriously, anywhere from $5-$20/hour additional just in tips)! Our biggest locations for offsites are the baseball stadium, Summerfest, and the Panther Arena.
Delivery Driver Job Duties and Expectations
You’ll drive around delivering pizzas and salads! You’ll also finish orders, pack, and load them up; answer phones; enter orders on the POS; and help with cleaning tasks. We’re all one team, and our collaboration makes Ian’s Pizza a success. And the tips will literally and figuratively have you “rolling in the dough”!
Delivery Driver Job Requirements
Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
Be able to bend, crouch, and lift to 20-50 lbs.
Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
English language proficiency is required for this position.
Must be 18+ to apply.
Must pass the driver eligibility check and have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Delivery Driver Scheduling
9-5 is a Dolly Parton song, not a job at Ian’s! Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening time, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing time. Most people work a mix of shifts (open, mids, dinner, closing). Our restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends! Availability for these shifts is required.

Part-time (anything less than 30 hours a week) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) hours are available. Work-life balance is important to us, so our flexible scheduling allows you to work around your other commitments.
