Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of organizational skills and the ability to work independently while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets with precision.
Collect and organize data from various sources for entry into systems.
Perform order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats.
Utilize Excel for data management, including the use of pivot tables for analysis.
Maintain an organized filing system to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
Skills
Proficient in basic math skills for accurate data handling.
Strong knowledge of Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate pivot tables.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience in data collection and entry processes.
Ability to efficiently transcribe information from various formats into digital systems.
Familiarity with administrative tasks that support overall office functions.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in relevant software applications.
