Principal Accountabilities
Complete monitoring / verifying knowledge of two or more TS monitoring area(s).
SOP training sign off for general TS training and for all monitoring checks in two or more area(s).
Competency Training – At minimum three consecutive acceptable direct observation per SOP training sign off
Knowledge and execution of commonly used TS acronyms, and ability to identify eight most common allergens, Beef Skeletal Chart
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years of age or older
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Maintain safe practices and procedures, comply with PPE requirements.
Knowledge and execution of GMP, HACCP, and SSOP monitoring and verification
